Why to invest in Noida?

As people in Delhi-NCR are looking for ways to invest their hard earned money without having to face risks like in the financial market, Noida that has been an ultimate investment destination for multiple purposes offers various opportunities. Although it is a bit occupied than it was 5 years ago but it is still an attractive option for both investment and residential purposes. Having a property in Noida has several benefits:

Using it as a residential place for all those employees working in Noida for multinational corporations is a great idea. They can save a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on commute to do more productive tasks which makes the investment worth it.

It has lucrative investment potential as well if money is the matter. Many people put their apartments and other assets for rent which can give a good return annually especially in Noida where the rent can be higher dependent on the locality and other facilities as compared to similar properties in Delhi.

Living in Noida is not such a bad idea if we consider that:

The cost of living in Noida is lesser that in Gurgaon which is a big factor affecting the decision of residence. There is 20-30 % price difference between Noida and Gurgaon.

Job opportunities are immense in the city as most of the MNCs have an branch office in Noida. So changing jobs or finding the very first should not be a problem.

Basic amenities like water and electricity are slightly better than Gurgaon. Even access to railway stations, schools, hospitals etc. are also more convenient in Noida.

For entertainment purposes, Noida has Malls, Multiplexes and Night life to offer in abundance. The number and density of Malls and multiplexes in Noida is higher than Gurgaon.

It is a good time to invest in real estate as many plots in Noida are up for sale at low prices in some sectors which should be a no brainer because the fact that the real estate value in Noida has hiked itself explains the increasing demand of the residential houses. However, the rising prices in some sense is not a good sign for city's growth as they will make houses out of the reach of common men but there are still many plots in the Noida extension to be considered for investment purposes.
